Returns & Refund Policy

At Oudfy, we strive to provide high-quality perfumes and fragrances. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect at the time of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and proof (photos or video) of the issue.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened

  • The original packaging and seal must be intact

  • The request must be made within the specified return window

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (if marked non-returnable)
